As Residents of Fort Bend County MUD 149, the Board of Directors wants to better serve you by helping you understand and read your monthly utility bill. FBCMUD 149 currently uses the utility operations services of Si Enviromental. In partnership with Si Enviromental, it is the Board of Directors goal to bring all customers a clear and accurate understanding your utility bill bill.
There are twelve (12) information components displayed on your monthly utility bill:
- Remittance information
- Billing period
- Date the bill was generated
- Historic usage graph
- Detail of service charges and activity
- Water: Water usage cost
- Sewer: Sewer usage cost
- City GRP Fee: The District has contracted for surface water from the City of Missouri City in order to meet certain regulatory limitations on groundwater withdrawal. Per these regulations, the city must also pay certain fees related to groundwater withdrawal, and these fees are passed through to The Districts customers.
- o Fire: City of Missouri City provides fire services to District Residents, and this cost is passed through to residents
- Total balance due
- Amount that must be paid after the due date
- Information from District
- Account number, service address and electronic box number
- Date the payment must be received before the account is past due
- Amount due before the account is late
- Amount due if paid after due date
