The FBCMUD 149 Board of Directors would like to reiterate for residents: streets are meant to be additional water conveyance methods when the amount of rainfall exceeds the storm drain and detention capacities. Residents should not drive into or through deep water, per the NOAA, TDEM, and FEMA guidance of “Turn Around, Don’t Drown”.
